He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Boren and Laura Lee Tucker Boren. He is survived by: his children, Alan Boren (Robin) of Atlanta, GA and Lindsay Day (John) of Douglas, GA; his grandchildren, Ava Boren, Addie Day and Jake Day; the mother of his children Donna Boren; and his brothers, Glenn Boren (Patti) of San Antonio, TX, Wayne Boren (Joyce) of Clarkdale, AZ and Jimmy Boren (Felicia) of Mobile, AL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Gary's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
