He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Harper Spivey of Douglas, GA; his son Jay Wayne Spivey (Ashley) of Douglas, GA; his siblings, Linda Daniel of Douglas, GA, Sandra Lott of West Green, GA, Randy Spivey of Douglas, GA and Keith Spivey of Douglas, GA; and his grandchildren, Christopher Logan Spivey of Pearson, GA, Hailee Spivey of Douglas, GA, Lil Jay Spivey of Douglas, GA, Maleah Martin of Douglas, GA and McKenzie Martin of Douglas, GA. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
