She is survived by: her parent Bertha Fountain Collins; her husband Clemon "Bo" Bannister of Douglas, GA; her daughters, Stacey L. Farrell (Chuck) of Leesburg, GA and Kelli G. Schlegel (Earl) of Leesburg, GA; and her sister Carolyn C. Dukes of Byron, GA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
