He was predeceased by: his parent William Joiner; and his siblings, Lester Joiner, Harvey Joiner, Junior Joiner, Aline Roberts and Arlene Metts.
He is survived by: his parent Annie Waldron Joiner; his wife Luvenia Spell Joiner of Douglas, GA; and his sister Melissa Horne of Cochran, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
