She was predeceased by: her parents, Etheridge Dean and Laverne Strickland Dean. She is survived by: her children, Timmy Cook (Lavonda), Elizabeth Ann Hawkins and Deborah Elaine Goerzen Gurney (Brad); her siblings, Jimmy Dean, Cindy Waunell Smith (Troy), Louise Richardson and Johnnie Nell Evans; and her close friend Dorothy Mae Register. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
