He was predeceased by: his parents, Perlie E. Carver and Elsie Belle Partin Carver; his wife Ira Jean Phillips Carver; and his siblings, Betty Joiner, Dan, Bruce and Charles Carver.
He is survived by: his children, DanNette Trowell (Joey) of Douglas, GA, Charles Carver (Diane) of Idaho Falls, Wayne Carver (Debbie) of Martinez, GA and Terry Carver of Douglas, GA; his grandchildren, Lacey Yawn (Jason), Amy Bohannon (Josh), Lindsey Carver, Jessi Carver, Michael Carver, James Carver, Josh Jordan and Jeb Jordan; his great grandchildren, Madison Yawn, Zachary Yawn, Aubree Yawn, Kynlee Bohannon, Rylee Belle Bohannon and Jack Jordan; and his sister Peggy Griffin of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
