With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Grantham Spivey of Douglas, Georgia, who passed away on June 18, 2021 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Grantham and Dottie Batten Grantham; her husband Lunzy Spivey; her stepchildren, John J. Spivey and Geraldine Norris; and her siblings, Simon Grantham, Leroy Grantham, Elmer Grantham, Tommy Grantham, Baby Grantham, Vera Hawkins and Marie Smith.
She is survived by: her son Al Spivey (Pam) of Douglas, GA; her grandchildren, Aric Spivey of Douglas, GA, Barney Spivey of Douglas, GA, Jaye Spivey of Fernandina Beach, FL, John J. Spivey, Jr. of Douglas, GA and Andrew Spivey of Waycross, GA; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Spivey and Maxon Spivey. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
Due to COVID-19, attendees are asked to observe six foot social distancing at the visitation, funeral service and interment.
