He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Purvis and Henrietta Cribbs Purvis; and his daughters, Patricia Ann Courdle and Angela Christy. He is survived by: his wife Lillie Lucille Kilgore Purvis of Willacoochee, GA; his children, Brenda Schulmeister and Milton Purvis of Willacoochee, GA; his sister Dorothy Mae Taylor of Douglas, GA; and his grandchildren, Kyle Purvis of Largo, FL, Mathew Purvis of Largo, FL, Crystal Schulmeister of Middleburg, FL, Tina Marie Neuhauser of Pearson, GA, Justin Jackson of Pearson, GA, Candice Christy of Pearson, GA, Leann Knapp of Broxton, GA, Larry Courdle of North Carolina and Melinda Courdle. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends.
Due to COVID-19, attendees are asked to observe six foot social distancing at the visitation, funeral service and interment.
