He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Brown and Agnes Parnell Cadle Cook; and his son-in-law Hank Crews. He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Cook of Douglas, GA; his daughter Heather Dawn Crews of Nicholls, GA; his grandchildren, Cody Crews of Nicholls, GA and Carsyn Crews of Nicholls, GA; and his sisters, Linda Wildes of Douglas, GA, JoAnn Vickers (Elisha) of Douglas, GA and Gail Hursey (Art) of Alachua, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
