He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jean Harrell of Douglas, GA; his children, Craig Harrell of Douglas, GA and Carey Tanner (Jimmy Ray) of Nicholls, GA; his siblings, Keith Harrell of Plant City, FL and Bernice Lott of Douglas, GA; his stepbrother Perry Burttram of Plant City, FL; his grandchildren, Cole Harrell (Kasey), Leah Streat (Ryan), Kelby Tanner and Kalyn Tanner; his great grandchildren, Hadilyn Streat and Harleigh Streat; and his stepmother Peggy Hunter of Dover, FL..
