He is survived by: his children, Kameryn Hayes, Kason Hayes and Katelyn Hayes; his mother JoAnn Varnedore Hayes; his brother Jeremy Hayes (Donna); his niece Natalie Hayes of Douglas; and his uncle Wendell Hayes of Alma.
