He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandra Ross Kicklighter and Carl Kenneth Kicklighter; and his daughter Cassandra Ross. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Ross Robinson (Brooks) of Adel, GA, Charles Morris (Mary) of Lakeland, GA and Joel Ross of Douglas, GA; and his sister Jackie Rice of Douglas, GA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
