He is survived by: his parent Vera Brigmond Stevens; his wife Lurlyne Cox Stevens of Douglas, GA; his children, Jackie Stevens Hathaway of Douglas, GA and Steve Carroll Stevens of Douglas, GA; and his sisters, Jeanette Underwood of Cordele, GA and Sandra Stevens of Valdosta, GA. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
