She was predeceased by: her husband Clinton Spivey; and her siblings, F. C. McNab, Elizabeth Bumgarner and Joann Wesberry. She is survived by: her children, Mary Jean Spivey, Mark Spivey (Karen) and Lamar Spivey of Douglas, GA; her sister Mary Helen Burkett (Sammy) of Douglas, GA; and her grandchildren, Kyle Spivey (Jennifer), Lori Smith (Adam), Brandon Spivey (Amanda), Justin Spivey (Megan) and Michael Spivey (Brittney) of Hampton, GA. She is also survived by great grandchildren Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends.
