He is survived by: his parents, Dr. John and Doris A. Dobbins of Douglas, GA; his daughter Emma Dobbins (Kate) of Alpharetta, GA; his brother Kent Dobbins (Arlena) of Fleming Island, FL; and his grandmother Irene Anderson of Nelson, GA..
