White of Douglas, GA; her son Tyler White of Douglas, GA; and her siblings, David Spivey (Patty) of Axson, GA, Johnny Spivey of Axson, GA, Paul Spivey (Cindy) of Douglas, GA, Ben Spivey of West Green, GA, Silas Spivey (LaQuita) of Brunswick, GA, Sarah Hinson of Ambrose, GA, Esther Burch of Douglas, GA, Mary Werntz (David) of Douglas, GA, Shalisha Smith of Douglas, GA, Miriam Howard (Bill) and Countless. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews and other family friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tyler White for his upcoming move to the Cayman Islands to attend medical school.
