He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Waldo Sapp and Rosa Lee Wilson Sapp; and his brother Bernon Sapp. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Sapp of Douglas, GA; his son Steve Sapp (Denise) of Douglas, GA; and his brothers, Wayne Sapp of Baxley, GA, Dennis Sapp of Baxley, GA and Leon Sapp of North Augusta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
