Lurlyne L. Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lurlyne L. Smith of Douglas, Georgia, born in Broxton, Georgia, who passed away on February 4, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John James Lott (JJ) and Myrtle Tanner Lott. She is survived by: her children, Parker "Sparky" Smith (Janet) of Douglas, GA, James Olvin Smith, Jr. (Linda) of Milledgeville, GA and Paula Smith (Karen Lucas) of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Tyler Smith Khoury (Karim) of Washington, DC, James Olvin Smith III (Kat) and Taylor Rebecca Smith Lee (Matt) of Park City, UT; her great grandchildren, Julien Khoury, Leila Khoury and Henry Lee; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Day Smith and Samuel V. Smith (Corrine). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
