She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Bordine and Veda Wilma Pratt Bordine; her husband Darwin Earl "Matt" Mathews; and her son-in-law Wayne Baker. She is survived by: her children, Darwin Earl "Kelly" Mathews II (Nancy) of Englewood, TN, Sue Ann Taylor (Ricky) of Waynesville, GA, Janeen Lynn Mathews of Douglas, GA and Mary Marie Mathews of Douglas, GA; her brother Richard Bordine of Waycross, GA; and her friend Neil McLaurin. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren: several nieces and nephews.
