She is survived by: her daughter Gladieth Nugent of Pearson; her brother Thomas Newbern (Marge) of Pisgah Forest, N. C.; and her grandchild Diedre Joiner (Jeff) of Kingsland. She is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great Grandchild, and several nieces, nephews.
