He was predeceased by: his parents, Milledge M. Perry and Vonice Stone Perry. He is survived by: his wife Pam Ellis Perry of Douglas, GA; his daughters, Sandy King of Douglas, GA, Tammy Merson (Shane) of Douglas, GA, Kayla Perry of Douglas, GA and Amanda Roberson of Hawkinsville, GA; his grandchildren, Andrew Spivey, Skylar Merson, Sierra King, Keegan King and Morgun Perry; and his great grandchild Kamden Holt.
