He is survived by: his wife Judy Marie Fletcher Harper of Douglas, GA; his children, Harold Jacob Harper (Courtney) of Douglas, GA, Christina Marie LeeAnn Hersey (Mark) of Axson, GA and Jamie Mercer (Josh) of Douglas, GA; his grandchildren, Daniel Jacob Riley Bennett, Abigail Harper, Chloe Harper, Mason Harper, Jayden Hersey, Willow Hersey, Macey Irwin and Mackenzie Irwin; his parents, Harold Harper of Mora, GA and Daphine Dorminey of Willacoochee, GA; his brothers, Donnie E. Harper (Billie Jean) of Douglas, GA and Rev. Dennis E. Harper (Tammy) of Mora, GA; and his stepsister Danielle Johnson of Fernandina Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
