It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ollie Kirkland (Douglas, Georgia), born in Denton, Georgia, who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Artis Elton Wilson (A. E.) and Stella Underwood Wilson; her husband W. D. Kirkland (Bill); her grandson Christopher Ethridge; and her siblings, Evelyn Davidson, Madelyn Andrews, Duren Wilson, Dorothy Graham, Oliver Wilson, Jackie Andrews, Eva Mae Prescott and Jimmy Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Joy Grey (Walt), Foy Kirkland (Lynn) of Dadeville, AL and Gay Atkinson (Dan Burch) of West Green, GA; her grandchildren, Kevin Ethridge, Jessica Wommack, Julie Hamlin (Greg), Rheanna Sewell (Roby) and Connor Kirkland (Elizabeth); and her great grandchildren, Harrison Miller, Sydney Hamlin, Reed Sewell and Jase Hamlin.
Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, attendees are asked to comply with the current guidelines and restrictions concerning containment of the Coronavirus, including social distancing of six feet of separation.
