He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edith Louise Brooks and William Henry O'Neal; his wife Connie; his children, Karla O'Neal Silfies of Ambrose, GA, Kellie O'Neal Moye (Russell) of Jacksonville, FL, Danny O'Neal (Lori) of Douglas, GA, Donnie O'Neal (Dawn) of Dublin, GA and Michael O'Neal (D. J.) of Douglas, GA; his brother Steve O'Neal (Linda) of Jackson, FL; and his grandchildren, Carissa Laidlaw (Matt), Cole O'Neal (Megan), Chan O'Neal (Maria), Daniel O'Neal, Dillion O'Neal, Shawn O'Neal, Grant O'Neal, Natalee Biles (Travis), Matthew Silfies, Hannah Moye and Ryan Moye. He was also cherished by 7 great grandchildren.
