She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin Bray and Elevener Lee Bray; her husband Elie Joe Merritt; and her sisters, Virginia Griffin and Louise Ward.
She is survived by: her daughter Jan Shrouder (Billy Joe) of Douglas, GA; her granddaughter Kelly Shrouder Waldron (Banner) of Douglas, GA; her great grandchild Kate Jolie Waldron of Douglas, GA; and her siblings, Billy Bray (Jean Carol) of Blackshear, GA and Joyce Harper (Larry) of Ambrose, GA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
