She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Seagraves and Mildred Seagraves; and her daughter-in-law Lavonda Lee Hurd. She is survived by: her son Phillip Dewillis Hurd, Jr of Douglas, GA; her grandchildren, Justin Garrett Hurd, Grace Key (Chris), Joseph McMillan (Shiann) and Jonathon McMillan; her great grandchildren, Emma Grace Key, Makinley Keith Luke, Mitzi Adalyn-Rae McMillan and Mila Lemon McMillan; and her cousin Sharon Barham of Charlotte, NC.
