He is survived by: his children, Glenda Tregellas of Douglas, GA, Frances Lorraine (Tom) and Samuel "Sammie"; his wife Virginia O'Steen of Douglas, GA.; and his grandchildren, Dereck Carver, Mark O'Steen, Kim O'Steen, Pam O'Steen, Tom Parker III, Carey Parker, Richard Parker and Andrew Stewart.
