He is survived by: his mother Geneva Carelock of Broxton, GA; his children, Gabriel Carelock of Pridgen, GA and Misty Carelock of Pridgen, GA; his sister Zoe Carelock of Ambrose, GA; his grandchildren, Matthew Carelock, Ella Grace Carelock, Kyleigh Carelock and Asher Carelock; and his great grandchild Axton Santiago.
