He was predeceased by: his parent Eutice Bazemore. He is survived by: his parent Miriam Elizabeth Smith Bazemore; his wife Helen Stone Bazemore of Douglas, GA; his children, Denise Helen Bazemore of Douglas and Marcus Bazemore of Douglas, GA; his siblings, Walter Samuel Bazemore of Valdosta, GA, Velma Smith of Valdosta, GA and Betty Ann Bazemore of St. Claire; and his grandchildren, Emma Lee Bazemore and Jasmin Bazemore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sims Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
