He is survived by: his children, Ashley Watkins (Luke), Steve Watkins (Clara), Paula Griffis (Andrew), Brian Watkins and Bobby Watkins (Taylor); his parents, Vivian Huerta and Willie Watkins; and his siblings, Debra Watkins (Tony), Dorothy Carver (Raybo), Marie Rios and Sampson Watkins (Melissa).
