He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Williams and Elizabeth F. Vaughn Williams; and his wife LaRue Tanner Williams. He is survived by: his children, Linda Peinsipp (Dennis) of Douglas, GA and Steven Williams of Ashville, NC; and his granddaughters, Linda "Joy" Williams and Katrina Williams. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
