He was predeceased by : his parents, Quinton Paulk and Janelle Spivey Paulk. He is survived by : his wife Donna Gail Jewell Paulk; his daughters, Kelli Paulk Harper (Jeffrey P. Harper) of Ambrose, Lori Paulk Johnson (Bodie Johnson) of Alma, Kristi Paulk Carter (Michael Carter) of West Green and Laci Paulk Ellis of West Green, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Anna Harper Lewis (Morgan Lewis), Sara Harper Heidenreich (Travis Heidenreich), Ronald Waylon Johnson (Alexis Johnson), Michael Quinton Ellis, Donna Leigh Harper, Jacob Bodie Johnson (Caeden Johnson), Maddi Olivia Ellis, Emma Sue Carter, Mathew Isom Ellis, Jerry Paulk Harper (JP) and Ethan Michael Carter; his great grandchildren, Leila Oneda Lewis (Lo), Rylan Lee Ellis, Gwendolyn Kelli Lewis, Jeffrey Jack Heidenreich and Vada Margaret Johnson; and his sisters, Maedeen Paulk Atkinson of Denton and Faye Paulk Lott of West Green, Georgia..

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Burkett Baptist Church (30 Burkett Church Rd, West Green, GA 31567). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at the Burkett Cemetery (30 Burkett Church Rd, West Green, GA 31567).
