He was predeceased by: his brother Byron Spivey; and his grandparents, Virgil and Lila Spivey. He is survived by: his parents, Benny Spivey and Jenny Spivey of Douglas, GA; his sons, Matthew Spivey (Sarah) of Douglas, GA, Morgan Spivey (Jacy) of Waycross, GA and Walton Spivey of Axson, GA; his grandchildren, Laegan and Greyson Spivey of Douglas, GA; his siblings, Jason Spivey and Angie Ely (Greg) of Douglas, GA; and his close friend Karen Spivey of Axson, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
