He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Johnson Eugene Phillips and Sallie Bernice Taylor Phillips; his wife Melba Phillips of Douglas, GA; his children, Brian Phillips (Tammy) of Broxton, GA, Angie Ragsdale (Harold) of Douglas, GA, Patricia Phillips of Douglas, GA and Anthony Phillips of Jesup, GA; his sisters, Kay Spires and Joann Dykes (Johnny) of Douglas, GA; and his grandson Austin B. Phillips of Douglas, GA. He was also cherished by 5 other Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren Several Nieces, Nephews Cousins.
Due to COVID, the funeral home has asked all attendees to please follow the rules and guidelines for social distancing and to wear your mask for safety precautions at the visitation, graveside service and interment.
