She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Lowery Boyd (Charlie) of Douglas, GA; her grandchildren, Tyler Metts (Kelsey) of Dublin, GA and Jordan Metts of Douglas, GA; her siblings, Vera Googe of Douglas, GA, Julius "Bo" Powell (Peggy) of Warner Robbins, GA and Donnie Powell (Jill) of Thomasville, GA.; her husband Bennie Lowery; and her brother Odell Powell.
