He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilder Frank Phillips, Sr. and Virginia Hill Phillips; and his wife Doris Faye Key Phillips. He is survived by: his son Bill Phillips (Julie) of Douglas, GA; his sister Helen Wagner of Port St; his grandchildren, Chad Phillips and Atlas Hough (Kayla) of Douglas, GA; and his great grandchildren, A. B. Hough and Kallaway Hough. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
Due to COVID-19, attendees are asked to observe six foot social distancing at the graveside service and interment.
