He was predeceased by: his parents, William Boyd Winters Sr. and Ruby Davis Winters; and his sister Sylvia Winters Smith. He is survived by: his wife Gerri S. Winters of Douglas, GA; his children, Dora Winters Jardine of West Green, GA, Billy Winters of Douglas, GA, Lynn Polk of Douglas, GA, Gwen Timmerman of Waycross, GA, Debbie Stanley of St. Augustine, FL, Nyckol Goings of Douglas, GA, Ali Youngblood of Douglas, GA, Richard Bolden of Snellville, GA and Tammie Williams of Douglas, GA; and his siblings, Warren Winters of West Green, GA, Okla Gagliardi of Douglas, GA and Ola Harless of Douglas, GA. He is also survived by great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
