He was predeceased by: his parents, Durant Fulghum and Rebecca Rigby Fulghum; and his wife Lorine Harrell Fulghum. He is survived by: his daughter Ronda Crozier (Josh) of Douglas, GA; his stepchildren, Kay Lott (Jerry) of Douglas, GA, Ada Harper (Stacy) of Douglas, GA, Shonda McKinnon of Douglas, GA and Glenn Ray Harrell (Vermell) of Douglas, GA; his grandchildren, Zack Herrington, Sydney Kirkland, Halei Vick, Farrah L Moore (Jason), Jessica L Bass (Chris), Lindsey H Boone (Mitchell), Aaron Patton (Rhianna), Ashley Patton (Cassidy), Bryan Harrell (Leah), Darla Hill (Mike), Dean Hill and Bart McCullough (Sonja); and his brother Doug Fulghum Mr (Emma Jean). He is also survived by eighteen Great –Grandchildren.
