She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Raymond LaRoche and Shirley Williams LaRoche; and her daughter Starla Dawn Steptoe. She is survived by: her husband James Hilton Steptoe of Douglas, GA; her children, Dustin William Steptoe (Renee) of Douglas, GA and Sara Rogers (James) of Ambrose, GA; her grandchildren, Brier Steptoe and Eveline Rogers; and her siblings, Bryan LaRoche of Hazlehurst, GA, Ronald LaRoche of Baxley, GA, Renee Grimsley of Vidalia, GA and Michele Nowling of Hazlehurst, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
