We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2024, at the age of 82, Anita Louise Ransom of Douglasville, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Eric Black and Nell Black; her sisters, Lynnelle Harrison and Charlotte Currier; and her granddaughter Angel Ransom.

She is survived by : her children, Julie Couch (Jim), Eric Ransom of Whitesburg Ga and Craig Ransom (Penelope) of Temple Ga; and her nieces, Becky Burgess and Linda Duncan. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
