He is survived by: his parents, George Edward McFarland and Jackie Englett Shaw; his stepmother Janette McFarland; his siblings, Elizabeth McFarland Dempsey and Wayne Pittman; his wife Lilac McFarland (Lori Anne); his sons, Joseph Jacob Holewinski (Mary), Connor James McFarland (Alexandria) and Trevor John McFarland; his grandchildren, Seth Arawn, Madalyn Rose and Declan Elgar Holewinski; and his cousins, Sol Sims, Jamey Englett, Joe Hagin, Tracy Englett Wheeler and Ginger Englett.
