We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2021, at the age of 82, Howell Junior Edwards Sr. of Douglasville, Georgia, born in Forsyth, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Berry Sherman Edwards and Cleo Carnes Williams; and his wife Shirley Rose Bryant Edwards. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Mitchell (Jerry), Teresa McCollum (Wayne), Howell Edwards Jr. (Donna), Tammy Berryhill, Dean Olson and Anthony Clay Edwards; his grandchildren, Christy Portwood (Shane), Anthony Clay Edwards Jr. (Vanessa), Amy Stigleman (Ryan), Roxann Collett (Stephen), Lauren Parrish (Eric), Andrew Edwards (Lindsey), Austin Edwards and Anna Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Portwood, Ryan Portwood, Addison Portwood, Abigail Parrish, Elijah "Ace" Edwards, Violet Williams, Alaina Edwards, Ariel Edwards, Aiden Edwards and Addison Edwards.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Friendship Baptist Church Building Fund, 8605 Downs Road, Winston, Georgia 30187.
