He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Csubak (Zsorey); his parents, John Csubak and Helen Csubak (Zelenak); and his sister Marion Bruck. He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen Keck (Kenneth), Terri Ondrizek, Barbara Lynch and Margaret Colman; his brother Steve Csubak (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Michael Keck, Kenneth R. Keck, Caroline Ondrizek, Jessica Ondrizek and Trent Colman.
