With heavy hearts, we announce the death of June Darline Lilly Higgins Mitchell of Douglasville, Georgia, who passed away on April 1, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Higgins and Leona Higgins; and her sisters, Martha Everett and Mary Stone. She is survived by: her husband Randy Mitchell; her daughter Jackie; her son-in-law Sam Vaughn; her sons, Jerry (Diana Landers), Jimmy (Felishia Landers), Johnny (Amy Landers), Randy Lee Mitchell and Christopher Mitchell; and her siblings, Sarah Smith, Richard Higgins and Milton Higgins. She is also survived by many grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Douglasville Baptist Temple's church mission fund at 3951 Simon Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135.
