It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry J Massey of Douglasville, Georgia, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on March 26, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Arnold and Annie Dee Massey (Williams); and his children, David Richard "Richie" Abercrombie and Sonya Abercrombie Glover. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Carter Massey; his children, Keagan Massey (Dezire), Kim Massey Bryant and Sharon Abercrombie DeBlasis; his brother Gerald Massey (Rebecca); his grandchildren, J. Tyler Massey, Destin Jessen, Chandler Haney, Shayna Feagans, Joshua Glover (Holly), Avery DeBlasis and Jacob Bryant; and his great grandchildren, Audrey Jessen, Daxtin Jessen and Hampton Massey.
