He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Lewis and Mary D. Lewis; his siblings, Robert, John and Elaine Lewis; and his brothers-in-law, Ernie Frizzi, Sam Cox and Tom Hinaman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Hinaman, Phyllis McWilliams (James), Rosemary Frizzi, Barbara Geer (Gilbert), Patricia Cox, Mark Lewis (Lisa) and Gary Lewis; and his girlfriend Mechele Johnson. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children or to the charity of your choice.
