She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Lewis and Mabel Lamb Lewis; her husband Johnnie Blackburn; her daughter Rebecca Blackburn; and her brother Cecil Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Zorens (Jim); her grandchildren, Tiffanie Dickens (David) and Katie Fulton (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Holden Dickens, Shelby Dickens and Blake Zorens; and her sister Arlene Swain.
