She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Earl Harp; her parents, Oris Melton and Mabel Elizabeth White Rose; her siblings, Kenneth Hurbert, Oris Melton "Jack" Rose and Betty Rose Coolidge; and her grandson Lucas DeBord.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Payne (Ray), Becky Pankey, Jean DeLay (Jimmy), Davis Harp (Missy), Kathleen DeBord (Glen Brock) and Virginia Dubois (Sam Robinson); her grandchildren, Thomas Payne, Amanda Underwood, Angela Overton, Sarah DeBord, Donnie, Garrett, Anita DeBord, Trevor Harp, Heather Pugh, Maria Watson, Izabella and Ivory Robinson; and her sister Janette Hosford (Clawson). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
