It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Thompson (Douglasville, Georgia), born in Forsyth, Georgia, who passed away on June 21, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, E. B. "Red" Pendley and Marie Harrison Pendley; her husband Fred Thompson; her son Fred Thompson, Jr.; and her siblings, Martha Elaine Fowler, Elizabeth Ann Bohannon and Charles Henry Pendley.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Goode (Donna Wheeler) and Brent Thompson; her daughter-in-law Julia Ball Thompson; her grandchildren, Stephen Thompson (Tracie), Jeb Goode, Jonas Goode, Jared Goode (Letecia) and Gabbie Enguerra (Neil); and her great grandchildren, Kenny, Mason, Slade, Starla and Lucy.
