It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Lee Payne Sr. of Douglasville, Georgia, who passed away on December 11, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe Payne and Ludie Maudie Bonner Payne. He is survived by: his wife Annette Bragg Payne; his children, Tim Payne (Delicia), Lee Payne and Patrick Maloof; his grandsons, Jason Payne (Jennifer) and Austin Payne; his great grandchildren, Emma Payne and Jackson Payne; his brother Maon Payne (Linda); and his sisters-in-law, Louise Copeland, Martha Montgomery and Shirley Lowery (Bobby). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
